There is no “us”
It’s just me really, which helps me to keep costs low (whilst sacrificing nothing in terms of quality and workmanship). Working alone means that I can operate most economically and allows me to pass those savings on to my customers. Although I am happy to work on larger contracts I am also able to get involved with “smaller” projects that that tend to be uneconomical for larger organisations
I served my apprenticeship as a bricklayer with house builders Wimpey in and around the Newcastle area before moving to work in The South and recently (in 2010) after 20 years working for London based building company Flahive Brickwork. I relocated to my native North East and set up as a bricklayer on a self employed and contract basis.
The pictures that you can see on this site (including the ones at the top) are all examples of bricklaying projects that I have completed since my return to The North East.
